Code and Guidelines for Technical Assessment and/or Valuation of Mineral and Petroleum Assets and Mineral and Petroleum Securities for Independent Expert Reports (The VALMIN Code)

The VALMIN Code was adopted by The AusIMM on 17 February 1995 and applied to all relevant Reports required under the Corporations Law from 1 July 1995.

It was amended on 22 November 1997 and applies to all relevant Reports required under the Corporations Law issued on or after 1 April 1998. This is the latest edition as revised in 2005.
